Cancel your subscription

You can follow these steps to cancel your Maika AI Web-app subscription.

Go to maika.ai

Log in to your account

Click on [Settings] from the main dashboard



Select [Subscription] section



Scroll to the bottom of the page and choose [Cancel subscription]



[Confirm] your cancellation



After the confirmation, you will receive the notification as follow:

Reactivate your subscription

If your credits have not expired, you can reactivate your subscription.

In the [Subscription] section, click on [Reactivate].



[Confirm] the reactivation



After your confirmation, your subscription will be reverted to the state before the cancellation - with all the remaining credits.



You will NOT be charged any costs upon the reactivation.
