Changing your subscription plan
You can follow the instructions below to modify the subscription plan of your current Maika AI usage.
Note:
Maika AI currently offers the following Premium subscription plans:
Premium Plan with monthly billing cycle.
Premium Plan with 6-month billing cycle.
For brevity, we'll refer to these plans as follows:
Premium Monthly Plan.
Premium 6-Month Plan.

The subscription plan illustrated in the example is the Premium Monthly Plan, registered on 18/07/2023.
After logging in, navigate to the [Settings] section
Select [Subscriptions]
Click on [Change plan]
Choose the plan that suits you
If you're currently using the Premium Monthly Plan, you'll see the screen displaying your current subscription as follows.
⟶ Select [Six-month] to switch to the Premium 6-Month Plan.
Then, click [Change plan] to proceed with the switch
Note
After selecting [Change Subscription Plan], the new subscription (Premium 6-Month Plan) will be active after the current subscription (Premium Monthly Plan) expires.
You won't be charged after completing the subscription plan change as long as the current subscription (Premium Monthly Plan) is still active. Payment for the new subscription (Premium 6-Month Plan) will only be required once it is active.

After logging in, navigate to the [Settings] section
Select [Subscriptions]
Click on [Change plan]
Choose the plan that suits you
If you're currently using the Premium 6-Month Plan, you'll see the screen displaying your current subscription as follows.
⟶ Select 'Monthly' to switch to the Premium Monthly Plan.
Then, click on [Change plan] to proceed with the switch
Note
After selecting 'Change Subscription Plan,' the new subscription (Premium Monthly Plan) will be active after the current subscription (Premium 6-Month Plan) expires.
You won't be charged for completing the subscription plan change as long as the current subscription (Premium 6-Month Plan) is still active. Payment for the new subscription (Premium Monthly Plan) will only be required once it is active.
You can CANCEL the plan change BEFORE the new subscription becomes effective.
After changing the subscription plan, you will receive a notification as shown below. To cancel this change, click on [Cancel Change].
Then, click on [Confirm] to cancel the change.

Select [Subscriptions]
Click on [Change plan]
Choose the plan that suits you
If you're currently using the Premium 6-Month Plan, you'll see the screen displaying your current subscription as follows.
⟶ Select 'Monthly' to switch to the Premium Monthly Plan.
Then, click on [Change plan] to proceed with the switch

Cancel subscription change
You can CANCEL the plan change BEFORE the new subscription becomes effective.
After changing the subscription plan, you will receive a notification as shown below. To cancel this change, click on [Cancel Change].
Then, click on [Confirm] to cancel the change.
