Forgot your password

You can follow the following steps to quickly reset your password.

Go to the website: maika.ai

Sign in to your account

On the sign-in screen, click on 'Forgot password'



Enter your email address



Click 'Continue'



Note: Also, you can reset your password by using your phone number.

Click on the 'Mobile phone' icon.



Fill in the blank with your phone number and then click 'Continue'. Please note that the phone number must be the one that linked to your account.



Check your email or mobile phone for the OTP code



In case you don't receive the OTP, click on 'Resend OTP'.



Fill in the OTP code, then click 'Continue'.



Set your new password and confirm the password.



Click 'Finish' to save.



Log in to your account with the reset password.
