It guides users through a step-by-step process that aids in generating ideas, creating outlines, and assembling the content in a coherent and logical manner.

Here's a basic overview of how the Workflow feature works:

Idea Generation: Maika AI produces a list of creative ideas for you to choose from. All you need for this process is just a keyword, a small note or any thought that pops up in your mind.
Outline Creation: From the selected idea, Maika AI will transform it into a comprehensive and detailed outline.
Content Assembly: Drafting your article by filling in the content based on the outline.
Editing and Polishing: After the content is assembled, you can refine the article with Gen Tools to make it ready for publications.

The goal of the Workflow feature is to streamline the content creation process, provide creative inspiration, and enhance the overall quality of the final article. It aims to make the writing experience more efficient and productive, particularly for those who might be facing writer's block or struggling with structuring their ideas effectively.

When to use Workflow?

Using workflows can help you effortlessly create lengthy content in a single attempt. The prospect of beginning with a blank page can be daunting, which is why we have brought together the finest features of Maika AI to provide you with all the necessary tools to create long-form content in just a few minutes. Simply follow the workflow instructions and observe as the content gets added to the document editor in real-time.

Step-by-step guide to use Workflow

On successful login, you can follow these steps to write a complete article with just a piece of information!

Choose [Workflow] from the main Dashboard



Select the type of content you want to create



We can support you to write Article, Blogspot, SEO content and more! Just choose one that you need.

Step 1: Idea

Enter the relevant information about the subject of your article, and choose the Language you want to write in.



Click the [Generate AI Content] button



The generated ideas will appear here:



Select an idea from the generated list and then click [Continue]



If you don't find these ideas impressive, you can create a new list of ideas by clicking [Generate Content] again!

Step 2: Outline

Once you've "caught" a promising idea, move on to the next step to turn it into a detailed outline.

You can adjust the idea (if necessary) to align the outline more closely with your desires.

Continue clicking [Generate AI Content]



If you're satisfied with this outline, click [Continue]



If not, you can click [Generate AI Content] again for Maika AI to generate another outline.

Step 3: Writing

Adjust the outline, add or remove ideas as needed, rearrange the content (if necessary) to better guide the writing.

Select [Generate AI Content] to create an article based on the existing outline.



Click [Continue] after finishing writing the draft.



Step 4: Editing & Complete

Edit your article with Maika AI's editing tool.

Additionally, Maika AI suggests copyright-free images to make your article more vivid.



Name your file for easy retrieval when needed.



You can also export the article in various formats.



Tips: You don't need to perform ALL steps in the Workflow

For example, if you already have an outline, click directly on [Writing] and paste your outline to start writing immediately.
