What is PDF to Text Conversion?

PDF to text conversion is a template that operates on the Maika AI website version. With this feature, you can maximize data processing productivity through capabilities such as:

Extracting text (file .txt / .doc) from a PDF file (such as an ebook...)
Summarizing the content presented in the PDF file
Performing a custom request for the content in that PDF file.

How to Convert PDF to Text

To use this feature, you can follow the detailed instructions below.

After logging in, select [Template]



Continue selecting the template [PDF to Text]



Once you open this template, you will see the interface as follows:



Upload your PDF file



Choose or enter your request (custom prompt)



Select a language for the content



If you are using the text extraction feature, the result will return the content in the file, unaffected by this language selection.

Click the [Generate AI Content] button



Your content will be generated in the adjacent column:



If you are not satisfied with the generated content, you can click [Regenerate] for Maika to return a different result.

You can [Copy] or [Import] the content to continue editing

The [Copy] button helps you copy the content with just one click.



The [Import] button helps you import the content into the content editor for editing and completion.



You can manage content access rights with the [Share] button



You can [Export] the content in various formats



Don't forget to name the file for easy retrieval when needed
