To delete your Maika AI account, follow these steps.

For the Maika AI on Website

Log-in to your account at maika.ai

From the main dashboard, select 'Settings'.



Then click on [Account]



Scroll down to the bottom, press [Delete account]



Click [Confirm] in the pop-up notification.

Enter your password to finish deleting (if required).

If you created the account with Facebook or Google login before, you do not need to do this step.

For the Maika AI on Mobile app

Open Maika app on your phone.

From the main screen, click on the menu icon in the upper-right corner.



Tap on the [Avatar]



Scroll downward, select [Manage Account].



Click on [Delete Account].



Tap [Ok].



Enter your password and tap [Confirm] to permanently delete the account.



Please note

After deleting the account, the action will take effect immediately, and you CAN NOT undo it.
All data and remaining credits will be permanently deleted and CAN NOT be recovered.
