Upgrade your subscription on web-app

You can review the available Subscription Plans from Maika AI here.

To upgrade your subscription, you can follow these steps.

Method 1: From the Maika AI homepage (maika.ai)

Go to maika.ai

Click on the [Pricing] section in the Menu bar

Choose the subscription plan that suits your needs

Click the [Get started] button at the bottom of the plan you choose

Choose the payment method

Here, review the invoice details of your subscription plan. If you have a promo code, you can enter it here.

Then choose a payment method and click on the [Subscribe] button.

Pay with VISA card (skip this step if you pay with MoMo)

Fill in payment information (if necessary)

Confirm the payment by clicking [Pay and subscribe]

Method 2: From the Dashboard

You can also choose: [Settings] ⟶ [Account] ⟶ click on [Upgrade] to navigate to this step.

In the popup dialog, choose the subscription plan that suits you

After selecting the appropriate subscription plan, click [Upgrade]

Confirm the subscription upgrade

Choose the payment method

Here, review the invoice details of your subscription plan. If you have a promo code, you can enter it here.

Then choose a payment method and click on the [Subscribe] button.

Pay with VISA card (skip this step if you pay with MoMo)

Fill in payment information (if necessary)

Confirm the payment by clicking [Pay and subscribe]

Pay with MoMo (skip this step if you pay with VISA card)

Open the MoMo app on your mobile phone and scan the QR code provided.

Follow the payment guide in MoMo to finish the payment.

MoMo payment is available in Vietnam only.
